In 2020, the Directors established the Colonial Charitable Endowment in order to secure its future viability. A portion all receipts is allocated to the Endowment. Others may make contributions, and they are very much appreciated. Reasons for donating to an endowment may include:
- Memorial gifts to honor loved ones
- Bequests designated in wills and trusts
- Special gifts to celebrate birthdays, grandchildren, or anniversaries
